Orders
Every piece is printed to order after you pay. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before the parcel ships. Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.
Shipping
Free shipping in the United States. We ship to United States addresses only. Please check your address at checkout; we cannot redirect a parcel once production has started.
Replacements and returns
Because goods are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or size. We replace any piece that arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective. The full policy is on shipping & returns.
Cancellations
Contact us right away if you need to cancel. Once printing has begun, the order cannot be stopped.
Designs
Artwork and product designs belong to Wick & Whisker. Wick & Whisker the household goods shop is not affiliated with any candle brand of a similar name.
These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable US consumer law.
