Do you ship outside the United States?

No. Free shipping. United States addresses only. We do not ship internationally.

When will my order ship?

Each piece is printed to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then the carrier takes it. You will get tracking when it leaves the printer. For an estimated chance of Halloween delivery, order by October 15–18. After that window we cannot promise it will arrive by October 31.

What is the Halloween shipping cutoff?

For a chance of delivery in the United States by October 31, 2026, order by October 18, 2026. October 18, 2026 is a Sunday, the last day of the October 15–18 window on the shipping page. Production is usually 2–5 business days, and the day you order is not a production day, so an order placed then can still be in production through October 23, 2026, a Friday. October 23, 2026 is also the latest date we could name if we counted production only and ignored the carrier, which would leave no extra days for transit. Carrier time after production is not a fixed number of days, so the shop uses the earlier date. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. After October 18, 2026 the Halloween line comes off the shop. We ship only inside the United States.

Can I return something if it does not fit, or if I change my mind?

No. These are custom print-on-demand goods. We replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective. Photograph the problem and write to us within 14 days of delivery. Check the size chart before you order.

What is The Arch made of? What about Paper Moon?

The crewnecks — The Arch, Library Soft Cat, and Typed With Love — are Gildan 18000. The tees, including Paper Moon, are Comfort Colors 1717. On a crewneck, the size chart includes the supplier's body-chest range. On a tee, the chart is the shirt laid flat, because that blank has no separate body-chest range. We cannot take a size back.

Can I put a name on the Familiar bandana?

Yes. Name personalization is $4. The bandana is one size, Medium, a 21.26 inch square laid flat. Spell the name carefully; we cannot change a personalized bandana once the order is in. Supervise wear, as you would any collar or kerchief.

What is a Spooky Corner?
