The piece
Every family had the box: striped cardboard, a cellophane window, four glass balls in their paper slots — red, gold, silver, green. In this one, the cat has taken the fourth slot. Glass Ornaments is a 3-inch acrylic circle ornament printed with that vintage box, lettered Glass Ornaments · Holiday Tree Decorations · 4 Count · Assorted Colors, inside a red ring of gold stars. An ornament of an ornament box, for the tree that already has the real ones.
